Sandwich Platters
We request a 10-person minimum on all sandwich platter orders. Our sandwich platter features an assortment of our hot pressed sandwiches. Sandwiches are cut in half, individually wrapped & served with our house plantain chips.

- sandwich cubano (Niman roast pork, ham, swiss & pickles)
- choripan (Spanish sausage, grilled onions & peppers, chipotle aioli)
- pollo asado (grilled chicken with roasted peppers, herb aioli and black bean spread)
- sandwich vegetariano (manchego cheese, sautéed arugula & caramelized onions)
Party Platters
All dishes are prepared to order and packaged in heat-retaining aluminum containers for buffet-style service.

Party Luncheon
We request a 10-person minimum on each party luncheon order. All dishes are prepared to order and packaged in heat-retaining aluminum containers for buffet-style service. Cost for one entrée and two side selections is $1400 per person (plus tax)

- picadillo Cubano Niman ground beef with olives, raisins & herbs
- lechón asado Niman marinated roast pork
- grilled chicken breast free range in salsa verde marinade with onions & bell peppers
- arroz con pollo free range chicken & rice in achiote-herb broth
- sautéed shrimp with garlic wine sause
- caribbean ratatouille (vegan) sauteéd chayote, bell peppers, zuccini, eggplant, & tomatoes
sides:
- congrí Cuban black beans & rice
- arroz blanco white rice
- frijoles negros black beans
- plátanos maduros fried sweet plantains
- yuca frita fried cassava (with chipotle aioli)
- salad of seasonal mixed greens (house vinaigrette)

We also offer catering box-lunch style from our regular lunch menu. In order to ensure the best quality, we ask that you limit box-lunch catering to orders for up to 30 people. Box-lunches are packaged in compostable food containers and are labeled individually.
